The Role & Key Responsibilities

• Financial & Statutory Reporting: Oversee the preparation of consolidated financial statements, ensuring strict compliance with MFRS, IFRS, and Bursa Malaysia listing requirements.
• Strategic Planning: Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to provide actionable insights to senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
• Corporate Governance & Tax: Ensure full compliance with direct/indirect tax regulations, corporate governance standards, and coordinate internal/external audit processes.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Professional Qualification: A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance AND a professional certification.
