Senior Finance Controller - SGX & Real Estate Focus

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Finance Controller to lead the monthly close, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee statutory reporting for a real estate-focused group in Singapore.

You will liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and internal teams, strengthen internal controls, and prepare SGX-related disclosures while guiding a finance team toward accurate, timely submissions.
