Senior Finance Consultant (FP&A)

Limelight works with finance teams that are outgrowing spreadsheets and need a modern way to plan, forecast, and report. Our customers don’t need “implementation support” — they need a

finance partner

who understands FP&A deeply and can guide them through real-world planning challenges. This is a senior, client-facing consulting role. You will work directly with CFOs, VPs of Finance, and FP&A leaders to design, build, and operationalize budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and reporting workflows inside Limelight.

If you’ve lived in FP&A, led planning cycles, built models from scratch, and can confidently run a room with finance leaders — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do Client Leadership & Advisory

Act as the

primary finance advisor

for a portfolio of customers during onboarding and beyond

Lead working sessions with CFOs, VPs of Finance, Controllers, and FP&A teams
