We are looking to hire an experienced, innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed Senior Field and Design Engineer to lead and scale expansion of our Last Mile Delivery network. As a senior member of the Logistics Engineering team in Japan, you will be responsible for defining the engineering strategy for delivery station launches and physical modifications across the existing network, setting standards and driving continuous improvement across the portfolio.

You will own the end-to-end design strategy, planning framework, and execution governance for new launch sites and existing site modifications — coordinating cross-functional teams of internal and external stakeholders and mentoring junior engineers.
