Senior Fashion Designer (Arbo)

We are looking for senior designers across categories who will take ownership of key product categories within kidswear collections, including Denim, Knitwear, Activewear, and Outerwear & Sweaters for Women, Men, and Teens. This role combines strong creative sensibility with a deep understanding of commercial fashion and market trends, working from concept through to final product and ensuring collections are both creatively strong and operationally feasible.

Responsibilities

• Trend research, analysis of competitor landscape and customer behavior
• Develop seasonal design directions aligned with brand strategy (moodboards, color palettes, key fits, fabrics, trims)
• Design prints, graphics and surface patterns for seasonal collections
• Create detailed tech packs (detailed sketches, artworks, hang tags)
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with buying, production and suppliers
