Senior Family Experience Lead (Bilingual)

Aldar Education is seeking a Parent Experience Lead to manage families’ journeys with our primary–secondary schools in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on premium service delivery, proactive guidance, and expert stakeholder communication, ensuring complex issues are resolved with confidentiality and empathy.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English/Arabic), with 3–5 years in high-end customer-facing roles, strong relationship management, and a commitment to safeguarding.
