Senior Failure Analysis Engineer – Silicon & ICs

Infineon Technologies is seeking candidates for a position focused on full physical failure analysis, particularly in Memory, IoT, USB and Microcontroller. The role requires at least 5-8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in a technical field.

The successful candidate will liaise with engineering teams to develop new analysis techniques and must be proficient with advanced failure analysis tools such as FESEM and FIB. Familiarity with AI is a plus.
