Senior Facilities Manager

About the role

As the Senior Facilities Manager for APAC, you will own the standards, systems, and processes that keep every Industrious site in excellent condition across our rapidly scaling APAC portfolio. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role: you will set the direction for how facilities management operates across the region, build the frameworks that enable unit ops teams to maintain sites independently, and roll up your sleeves when the situation calls for it.

You will partner closely with Centre Managers, the Design & Construction team, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive proactive maintenance, improve member experience and NPS, and build a scalable facilities function that grows with the business. The right person takes strong ownership, thinks ahead, and is driven to build systems rather than only react to problems.

This role reports to the Director of Operations.
