Senior Lead Facility Engineer

In this role, you will be responsible for managing facility operations across the corporate office and manufacturing unit, with end-to-end ownership of MEP systems. You will drive maintenance excellence and lead greenfield and brownfield projects, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and reliability of all infrastructure and utilities.

Your job:

• Manage end-to-end facility operations for both corporate office and manufacturing unit
• Ensure high availability and performance of MEP systems including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire systems, DG sets, and utilities
• Plan and execute greenfield and brownfield projects, including expansion, upgrades, and infrastructure setup
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime
