Senior Facilities Foreman - MEP & Civil

Al Ghurair is seeking a Foreman – Facility Management to supervise and coordinate day-to-day maintenance across MEP and civil disciplines in residential, commercial, and mixed-use facilities in the UAE. You will lead a team of technicians, ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance, and uphold HSE and client requirements.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in FM or building maintenance with 2–3 years in a supervisory role, and a Diploma/ITI in a related field.
