JOB SCOPE

• Lead Facade system design, including concept design, detailed design, and technical coordination for projects in Singapore and regional markets.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary design interfaces, including architectural, structural, and M&E disciplines, ensuring design completeness and buildability.
• Develop and manage design schedules, ensuring timely delivery of design outputs aligned with tender and project execution milestones.
