Senior Executive, Video Production

Responsibilities

• Video Production: plan, shoot, and produce professional videos and photos for marketing campaigns, corporate communications, social media platforms, company events, and promotions. Manage the full video production workflow.
• Creative Development: work with marketing, branding, and creative teams to develop storyboards, create scripts, and design visual concepts for campaigns.
• Editing & Post-Production: edit footage and photos with strong storytelling and pacing, including color grading, sound design, motion graphics integration, and optimization for web, social media, and broadcast platforms.
• Equipment Management: operate and maintain professional production gear such as cinema cameras, lighting setups, audio equipment, and stabilization tools.
• Quality Control: ensure all videos maintain consistent visual style and brand identity, maintaining high standards in color, sound, and storytelling.
