Senior Executive Talent Acquisition Partner – Wealth & USCC - NEW YORK

As a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition Partner, you will support and partner with senior leaders in the Wealth and USCC businesses to hire talent at the Managing Director level.

**What you’ll do**

+ Drive the delivery of end-to-end recruitment activity including stakeholder engagement, research, candidate identification, assessment, offer management and onboarding.
+ Act as the recruiter for critical hiring across the books of work.
+ Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across hiring, managing both internal and external talent, serving as a trusted advisor to the business and HR partners
+ Serve as a point of contact with Human Resources (HR), Talent management and Compensation partners to effectively onboard executive and specialist talent.
+ Engage candidates, maintain knowledge of industry developments and people moves.
+ Work with Talent management on succession planning initiatives for critical roles.
