Vacancy Description
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive, Subscription Sales Planning & Operations to lead sales forecasting, planning, and cross-functional coordination for the subscription business. This role is responsible for ensuring forecast accuracy, driving timely business submissions, and partnering closely with Sales and Marketing teams to execute growth initiatives and achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Forecasting & Planning
- Lead sales forecast consolidation and demand planning for the subscription business in collaboration with the Sales team
- Monitor forecast performance against plan and actual results, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Provide forward-looking insights to support business decision-making and target achievement
