Job Description: Oversee daily payroll operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with internal policies. Act as a primary point of contact for payroll-related queries, collaborating closely with vendors and HR Business Partners (HRBPs). Responsible for statutory payment submission, such as CPF, IR8A, IR21 & NS Claims. Submit Government-Paid leaves such as Maternity, Paternity and Childcare leave as required. Attend to Finance queries. Ensure compliance with policies and legislations. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations to enhance efficiency. Support various HR/payroll projects and perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
3 years of relevant HR experience. Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related, IHRP Certified Professional preferred Strong understanding of Singapore Employment Act, CPF & Income Tax legislation. Excellent organizational skills with a high level of ...
