Senior / Executive, Leasing, Retail

This position will be responsible for leasing properties within the Company’s assigned portfolio.

• Supporting and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy within the portfolio.
• Securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liaising with property agents.
• Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost.
• Maintaining good relationships with tenants and prospects.

• Degree in Estate Management, Building, Business Marketing.
• At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in marketing and leasing.
• Sound understanding of the real estate industry with an extensive network of contacts.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and effective interpersonal skills.
