Roles and Responsibilities:

• Review and align compensation strategies and budgeting based on industry benchmarks and the total rewards philosophy of Ocean Network Express (ONE).
• Assist in coordinating the performance management cycle and ensure compliance with HR policies.
• Prepare and maintain regional headcount and workforce reports.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and follow-up action plans.
• Assist in talent management and succession planning activities.
• Coordinate administrative processes related to international assignments.
• Promote learning and development programs, including ONE Academy initiatives.
• Support the review and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure a smooth employee experience.
