Provide professional HR advisory and operational support in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations. Ensure efficient delivery of end-to-end HR services with a strong focus on employee experience and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Support the full spectrum of HR operations, ensuring effective and compliant delivery of HR services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS systems and personnel files
- Serve as Workday support and assist with system‑related queries
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Workday enhancements and new implementations
- Coordinate recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interview arrangements, and candidate communication
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including background screening and conduct induction sessions for new employees
