We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Senior Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, support recruitment, employee engagement, and ensure smooth HR processes within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, compensation reviews, and staff development.
Administer HR operations, including employee records, leave management, claims, monthly payroll processing (including annual AWS payouts), CPF submissions, statutory reporting, audits, manpower budgeting, and HR reporting.
Foster employee engagement and a positive workplace culture through staff communications, employee relations, wellness initiatives, and team activities.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR policies, insurance and benefits administration, and organizational procedures.
