Senior Executive - HR (Digitization)

Role Summary:
The role involves managing end-to-end HR generalist activities with key focus on HR Digitalization, HRMS (SAP or related), Payroll Management, and HR Analytics (Power BI & Advanced Excel) .

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive HR digitalization initiatives and process automation/improvement through Digitalization Initiatives (HRMS implementation, Digital HR projects).
• Develop and manage HR dashboards using Power BI
• Support data-driven decision making for management through HR analytics
• Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and exit process.
