Senior/ Executive, Corporate Services (Data Protection) - Contract till 31 Mar 2029

As part of the Corporate Services (CSS) team in NUP, you will play a crucial role in the coordination and management of our Data Governance & Protection efforts to ensure regulatory compliance and strengthening overall governance to enable safe effective operations. Your responsibilities will include ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks such as the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and risk assessment protocols, etc. Additionally, you will support Enterprise Risk Management programme and work to enhance overall governance structures.

• Ensure the institution complies with the PDPA, especially in handling patients' personal and medical information.
• Support the Data Protection Officer (DPO) in aligning operations, systems, and communications with PDPA obligations.
