- Identify and cultivate new donors, including corporates, foundations, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Develop and implement innovative fundraising strategies and donor engagement plans.
- Maintain accurate donor records and support stewardship to build long-term relationships.
- Plan and execute key fundraising events and campaigns (e.g. Charity Golf, Find Your Y).
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling fundraising materials and reports.
- Represent company at events to build awareness and strengthen donor networks.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields; Diploma holders with relevant fundraising experience will be considered.
