Vacancy Description

Applications are invited for appointment as Senior Executive Assistant/Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk I/II) in the Faculty of Social Sciences (Ref: 536789), to commence as soon as possible on a two-year fixed-term basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.


Qualifications

  • a bachelor's degree with at least 2 to 4 years of administrative experience, preferably in the tertiary education sector;

  • a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua);

  • strong sense of responsibility and be attentive to details;

  • good interpersonal, organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills;

  • ability to work independently and as part of a team; and

  • proficiency in IT especially in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with an intermediate level of artificial intelligence literacy.
