Senior Executive Assistant to Plant Manager

**Position Objective**
Provide high-level administrative, operational, and logístical support to the Plant Manager, ensuring efficient coordination of activities, timely information management, and effective communication across organizational levels. This role contributes directly to operational continuity and the achievement of business objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage complex executive calendars, coordinate meetings, prepare meeting minutes, handle correspondence, and ensure the proper flow of internal and external documentation.
- Organize business travel, reservations, transportation, internal events, and special activities while ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and Plant Manager requirements.
