Responsibilities
Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
Develop and implement strategies for talent retention and career development.
Develop and implement performance evaluation programs.
Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.
Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
Support the development of employees through mentoring and coaching initiatives.
Collaborate with department heads to create career development plans.
Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations.
Ensure company policies and procedures are in compliance with applicable laws.
Handle complex employee relations issues and conduct investigations as necessary.
Mediate disputes and guide management on appropriate resolution strategies.
Manage HR records and databases.
Prepare reports related to HR metrics and present findings to management.
