**Senior Event Program Manager – Global Flagship Event (HCM)**

**Role Overview**

ADP is seeking a Senior Event Program Manager to support planning and delivery of our global flagship event and other key events as necessary.

This role serves as the central coordinator across event workstreams, ensuring teams are aligned, decisions move forward, and plans are executed on time. The Program Manager works closely with the Event Leadership team to drive consistency, clarity, and follow-through across a complex, multi-stakeholder initiative.

This is a **hands-on execution role** , focused on connecting teams, tracking progress, resolving issues, and keeping the program moving.
