Senior EV Powertrain & Battery Systems Engineer — Go-Karts

Reap HR Consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior EV Powertrain & Battery Systems Engineer for a startup in Al Ain, UAE. Lead the electrical architecture and powertrain development of electric go-karts and prototype vehicles, selecting motors, batteries and BMS, and coordinating with suppliers.

You will design HV/LV architecture, perform testing and commissioning, and ensure integration of motors, controllers, and protection systems across the project lifecycle.
