Senior Ethics & Compliance (E&C) Counsel – 3M CHK

The 3M CHK E&C Counsel provides substantive counselling in anti-corruption and other compliance subject matters to clients in 3M’s three business groups and multiple functions. This includes supporting the screening and selection of third parties, providing legal advice and counsel to clients related to higher-risk transactions, and identifying and mitigating risks. This person also plays a significant role in building a strong compliance culture through training, employee communication and leadership engagement, and driving a speak-up culture.
