We are seeking a Senior Estimator to support the estimating and QS process. The role involves reviewing drawings and tender documentation, measuring quantities, building trade packages, issuing packages to subcontractors and suppliers, collating returned quotes, and supporting tender analysis.

Work from varying levels of tender detail
- Full bills of quantities with measurements
- Schedules of works without quantities
- Drawings and specifications only
- Measure drawings digitally and extract relevant quantities
- Demonstrate strong measurement ability, a key requirement of the role
