Senior Estimator

Role Overview

Senior Estimator reporting to the Estimating Director, responsible for preconstruction cost management of large‑scale and multiple smaller projects. Works closely with owners, design consultants, and project managers to prepare cost plans, conduct value engineering, and develop project budgets. The role continues through tendering, ensuring all aspects meet specifications and stay within or below budget. Based in Mississauga, ON.

Key Responsibilities

• Opportunity Response: align with Regional Management Team to develop new market initiatives and business opportunities, establish strategic relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders, and prepare estimating deliverables for proposal strategy.
