You will draw from a minimum of 15 years of experience in a large urban environment, specializing in multi-faceted construction projects. Your role involves creating detailed estimates aligned with AACEi standards, analyzing changes, and contributing to strategic cost management. Collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure precision in all project estimates.
Key Responsibilities: • Generate comprehensive engineer's estimates for projects • Prepare detailed reports on cost variance and pricing schedules • Maintain up-to-date cost data and historical benchmarks • Attend meetings to discuss estimate discrepancies with clients • Provide input on key performance indicators related to estimates
