Overview

Hire Resolve is currently partnering with a reputable civil engineering company in Wellington to find a skilled and experienced Senior Estimator. As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for providing accurate cost estimates for civil engineering projects. You will work closely with the project team to analyze project requirements, review designs, and prepare detailed cost estimates.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to prepare accurate cost estimates for civil engineering projects
  • Review designs and identify potential cost-saving opportunities
  • Prepare quantity take-offs and material pricing
  • Obtain quotes from subcontractors and suppliers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
