Senior Estimator

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complete estimation cycle for medium to large fa ade projects.
  

• Evaluate cost-effective alternatives and risk factors.
  

• Mentor junior estimators and review their submissions.
  

• Represent company in technical-commercial discussions with clients.
  

• Work closely with project and design teams for value engineering.
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor s in Engineering with 5 years of relevant UAE/GCC experience.
  

• Extensive knowledge of aluminium glass cladding and curtain wall pricing.
  

• Proven track record in preparing winning quotations.
  

• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
