STV is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our Project Controls team within the Centers of Excellence division. This role will lead the execution of a major Controls & Analytics program at a large, complex airport environment in Texas.
This is a fully onsite position (5 days per week) and is best suited for a seasoned estimating professional who thrives in fast-paced, highly technical infrastructure programs and is comfortable collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams in the field.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of detailed, comprehensive cost estimates across multiple project phases, including planning, design, and construction.
Collaborate with technical, professional, and executive stakeholders—including designers, engineers, consultants, and contractors—to establish accurate and defensible cost models.
