6 Month Contract With A Local Authority Job Purpose The Interim Estates & Investments Senior Surveyor will play a key role in managing and enhancing the Council's Property Investment Portfolio (PIP), maximising revenue income, minimising expenditure, and delivering capital receipts through strategic property transactions. The postholder will lead complex property, regeneration, investment, acquisition and disposal projects, working collaboratively across Council services and with external partners to support the Council's commercial, regeneration and growth objectives.
