About the Role As a Senior Engineer - Nextool & Towa Mold Equipment Improvement, you will be responsible for driving equipment performance, reliability, and productivity improvements for Nextool and Towa molding equipment within semiconductor manufacturing operations. You will lead improvement initiatives, optimize equipment capability, and work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing efficiency, quality, and operational excellence.
