Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership in maintaining and troubleshooting complex manufacturing equipment, including optical, mechanical, electrical, automation, and fluidics systems to maximize uptime and operational reliability.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance, productivity, quality, cycle time, and maintenance effectiveness through engineering solutions and best practices.
- Support NPI activities, equipment upgrades, and automation projects, ensuring seamless integration of new technologies into manufacturing operations.
- Drive complex troubleshooting, incident investigations, and root cause analysis, implementing sustainable corrective actions to prevent recurrence and improve operational stability.
