Responsibilities
- Proactively manage a portfolio of Enterprise key accounts and build multi-threaded relationships with C-suite stakeholders
- Act as the quarterback of the enterprise relationship across CS, Sales, Support, and Product
- Own the renewal process and work cross-functionally to minimize churn
- Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs, executive BRs) to ensure clients achieve desired outcomes
- Identify and surface expansion opportunities to Sales partners
- Maintain deep fluency across the full product suite and explain data sourcing and AI nuances to technical buyers
- Document client records and interactions in the CRM
