Senior Enterprise Agile Coach & CoE Lead

HCLTech is seeking an Enterprise Agile Co Lead based in Genf, Switzerland. In this role, you will assess agile maturity and adopt scaled agile models while recommending improvements to existing frameworks.

The candidate should have over 15 years of experience in agile delivery transformation and familiarity with various agile practices. You’ll shape the Agile Center of Excellence (CoE) and enable effective coaching strategies across teams.
