Applicants need have technical and working knowledge in the following areas: Ability to triage Verizon call flow failures supporting lab availability and stability for MTCE software certification process which includes 5GC, Voice, and special services. Expert knowledge of SIP protocol and Network device log messaging using Wireshark or other visibility fabric logs to isolate call flow failures. Ability to triage transport layer failures in order to resolve Jira tickets within MTTR standards for Verizon Maintenance engineering standards.
