Senior Engineer - Weapons Integration

The Role

As a Senior Weapons Integration Engineer, you’ll be responsible for the efficient, safe and effective conduct of specific evaluation, test and/or trial activities. This will typically encompass Air platforms and OME (Ordnance, Munitions & Explosives) certification, qualification, performance, operability and safety in the role domains.

Day-to-day, you’ll provide specialist scientific or technical advice and consultation. Tasks will encompass the project lifecycle from technical strategy through to delivery, working as part of multidisciplinary teams requiring solution definition efforts that will be delivered in accordance with the associate Project Delivery Plan.

Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting hazard-based Evaluation and Testing of the integration of OME on a wide variety of aircraft platforms

Ensuring the equipment and systems are safe for flight as well as being fit for purpose
