As a Senior Engineer, Technical Support within the PowerMax Support organization, you will play a critical role in delivering advanced technical expertise and resolving complex issues across Dell's enterprise storage portfolio. You will collaborate with enterprise customers, engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to support mission-critical storage environments, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and customer satisfaction.
In This Role, You Will:
* Provide expert-level technical support for Dell PowerMax storage solutions - via phone, web, chat or email. Diagnosing and resolving complex hardware, software, configuration, and performance-related issues.
