Job Description
- Possess knowledge of environmental design, and green building rating tools (LEED, Green Mark, WELL, Smart Score, True Waste, LEAF, ILFI, etc.).
- Conversant with environmental simulations such as energy modelling, daylight analysis, CFD, life cycle carbon analysis.
- Assist to provide environmental design briefs for clients.
- Technical knowledge of project work coupled with an understanding of project management tools.
- Manage internal project team, provide technical guidance on environmental design principles, analysis, and calculations.
- Lead projects independently and deliver technical solutions to design and client team.
- Lead pro‑active coordination with internal and external disciplines to achieve a high‑quality consistent set of presentation and design documents.
