Role Purpose

Lead cross‑functional engineering teams in the development, integration, and qualification of RF systems, power electronics, embedded systems, software, and AI solutions. Drive innovation through system‑level design, testing, and validation. Ensure technical excellence, project alignment, and high‑impact delivery across advanced industrial and defense technologies.

• Technical Leadership — Guide hardware/firmware design teams, ensuring compliance with international standards and qualification requirements.
