They serve as a proactive advocate for the voice of the customer, ensuring customer-centric decision-making in core team discussions and fostering continuous improvement in product quality.

Responsibilities include below:

1. Oversee and uphold product quality from PRD creation to production handover and sustaining phases.
2. Review product quality criteria and milestones for development and sustaining phases and ensure conformance to the plans
