Our client, a leading global engineering consultancy within the minerals processing sector are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer – Pyrometallurgy to join a high-performing team delivering innovative process engineering solutions across complex, large-scale projects. This role offers exposure to global projects, advanced furnace technologies, and cutting-edge process optimisation within a consulting engineering environment.
Process Engineering & Design Provide specialist pyrometallurgical process engineering input across multiple projects. Develop and review: Process Design Basis and Design Criteria Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) Process, Operation and Control (POC) philosophies Conduct phase chemistry analysis, including slag and metal behaviour. Support furnace design, operation, start-up, and idling strategies.
