Senior Engineer, Process Development — Biorefining

UPM is seeking an Engineer/Manager, Process Development to join the Process Design Team in Helsinki or Lappeenranta (Finland) or Leuna (Germany). You will lead design and development of biorefining processes, collaborate across technology, R&D and production sites, and translate concepts into scalable designs.

Ideal candidates hold a Chemical Engineering degree, extensive process design experience, and proficiency with Aspen Plus or HYSYS. Fluent English and strong teamwork are essential.
