Job Description
Co-planning activities with the Mobile team for MEA/PEA cable rearrangement and underground projects
Plan, design, and oversee implementation of MEA/PEA cable rearrangement and underground projects
Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, and report to teams and management
Proactively identify potential delays or risks and implement mitigation plans
Control project activities and drive issue resolution for MEA/PEA cable rearrangement, underground projects, and network optimization initiatives
Improve working processes and preventive actions
Audit ODN designs to ensure compliance with technical standards and support long-term network reliability
Support planning and design activities for network optimization projects
