Senior Engineer, IT (Infrastructure)

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, backup systems, Active Directory, and system hardening
• Ensure infrastructure performance, availability, and security across data center and IT environments
• Plan, design, and implement infrastructure projects, upgrades, improvements, and migrations
• Handle incident, problem, change, and configuration management, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Perform preventive maintenance and daily health checks on infrastructure components
• Monitor system performance, capacity, and configurations to optimize efficiency and security
• Serve as the primary technical reference for server, storage, and backup solutions
• Design and review infrastructure requirements aligned with business needs
• Coordinate and communicate infrastructure plans, updates, and progress with local and global teams
