Duties:
Analyze data to identify key issues across a broad range of areas and effectively communicate recommendations to executive leadership. Translate business requirements (cycle time, output goals, staffing optimization, etc.) into technical/project deliverables. Drive solution development, change management, and monitor department efficiencies to manage both long and short-term customer delivery.
